ISAPS recognizes outstanding scholarly contributions through its Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (APS) journal Awards. The awards are presented at the ISAPS World Congress, with winners typically invited to present their work. 

Most Cited Article Award 

The Most Cited Article Award recognizes the article in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery that has achieved the greatest citation impact within the relevant award period. While selected objectively on citation data, the committee may also consider contextual factors such as conflicts of interest, timing within the citation window, and publication model when determining the final recipient. 

Most Downloaded Article Award 

The Most Downloaded Article Award honors the article that has achieved the highest level of reader engagement through download activity. As with the citation-based award, selection is guided by objective data while allowing the committee to consider any clear conflicts, publication timing, and access model when confirming the winner.
